GW4 Insolator Overview:
Gw4-12, 15, 24, 35, 40.5, 72.5, 126 series outdoor AC high voltage isolation switch (hereinafter referred to as isolation switch). Suitable for power system with frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 11, 24, 35, 40.5, 72.5, 126kV, as voltage load time division circuit. Among them, the isolation start of anti-pollution type can meet the requirements of users in heavy pollution areas, and can effectively solve the pollution flash problem in the operation of the isolation switch.
The disconnector and earthing switch attached, each with independent operation mechanism, to ensure that the disconnector and earthing switch between operating sequence is correct, this product is the interlocking device is equipped with institutions, 30-110 kv for and grounding switch points, 15, 220 kv for , the dynamic thermal stability of the grounding switch is the same as the isolating switch.
This product has the following different specifications:
1. According to whether there is a grounding switch, there are three types: ungrounded, single grounded, and double grounded
2. According to the area of use, it is divided into: common type, anti-pollution type.
The characteristics of this series of disconnecting switches are as follows :
(1) the electric end is transferred through soft connection, and the reliability of conductive contact is ensured;
(2) the ground knife is arranged outside to ensure the reliable insulation distance between the ground knife and the other electrical end during the closing process;
(3) gw4-220 is equipped with folding and folding ground knife, which reduces the space taken up by the ground knife.
